Andres Chaparro is a mixed media painter and collagist whose bold and expressive art is a visual representation of jazz music. Andres’ interpretive method of creating brings music into the physical world. His subjects are jazz musicians of past and present.

“Art is a form of communication. Alongside words, actions, and vibrational energy. The combination of the mentioned can aid to creating an association. The trick is to utilize each individually to tell the exact same story.
The premise of my approach to art is to encompass the experience you have during brand interactions. Challenged to communicate this artist's history.
Creating an immersive gallery of the artist Andres Chaparro, came to me with a request to reconstruct and to update his current site. After viewing the backend, I chose to propose a full redesign. This redesign leads to more views, higher ranking, and most importantly, a brand-forward communication channel for his current and future work. Housing the decades-long work of the artist, alongside his ample amount of exhibitions.
AN ARTIST’S ART ON A CARD, IN REPRESENTATION OF THEIR STYLE.
Inspired to represent the Artist, Andres Chaparro’s use of both collage and painting creates a balance in his work.
With full creative freedom, I was able to print on a 32pt card with an emerald green accent along the edges, drawing the association back to the work displayed on both the front and back of the business card.
